I forgot to post and say a very big special thank you to Run Fit Sports for their part in the race yesterday. They had a drawing for a $100.00 gift certificate and guess who won ..........

ME. Yep that is right. I am a proud new owner of a $100.00 gift certificate and I cant wait to use it. I am probably going to get a new pair of shoes but I dont know which ones.

Well for now I am not using going to be using any running shoes for a couple of days so that the old legs can have a break.
