It was nice to go out for an easy 6 miler this weekend. The weather was in the low 60's with a slight breeze. So when we got to the turn around spot we kept going. We got in about 8 miles with the last three of them being almost a speed work out.
I didn't have much to say tonight so I am going to go to bed and get ready for this work week. Until then, have a wonderful day.
